Last year I have played a lot. Here´s the list of rounds
- Rijk van Nijmegen – three times
- Rijk van Nunspeet – two times
- Sybrook Enschede – one time
- Houten – one time
- Naarderbos – four times
- Biddinghuizen – one time
I certainly forgot some of the rounds. Playing this much didn´t help me. Next year will be different. I was missing out on some training, so that will be the next best thing to do. The other thing is the damned putting. Putting became my angst-gegner so I need to get it out of my head. I AM ABLE TO GET THE DAMNED BALL IN THE DAMNED HOLE. That´s the spirit …
Next year I will also tell you more about my ways on the green.
May, 2010 | Het Rijk van Nijmegen
This year has started good. On Sunday the ninth of may I played at Het Rijk van Nijmegen. My new golf pass indicates a exact handicap of 17.1. Without any expectations of this round, I played the first hole. My first hit was gggoooddd and felt almost perfect. That one set the mood for the 17 other holes to come. I played consistent without any weird scores. Except for hole number 17. After a perfect tee off, the second, third and fourth shots together took me a miraculous 80 meters …
Finishing off with a birdie on the 18th I could only be satisfied. But when I filled in my scores the playing handicap was 13! So eventually I scored 33 stableford points and stayed in my buffer. The next round will be at [Golf d'Orleans Donnery].
