Result at Burggolf Zoetermeer

Last Friday I went to Burggolf Zoetermeer with Lyon, Ferry and Eelco. Before we went to Zoetermeer I bought a new hybrid (Callaway) and golf car with 3 wheels (Klick ‘n Go).  The advantage of a 3-wheel car is that I don’t have to lure around the car but can push the car without any stress on my arms or shoulders. And it worked. I was less tired after walking 18 holes. But that is not where I want to talk about today.

 

 

 

Burggolf Zoetermeer

Next friday the 22nd of May, I’ll be playing at Zoetermeer. Start time 14:50h. Hoping for the best and I will keep you up to date.

With Brederodes Zaterdag4 in Suisse

Guys, the first thing that comes to my mind is that I had lots of fun. I am still convinced that I want to quite, but you’ve made me stumble a bit. It was almost heart warming … The game against Phonac was also great. Guys from Phonac, thank you very much for arranging everything for us. Next time, when you come Holland, I will be there.

Also, I would like to that Martijn and Nadine for their hospitaly. I’m a bit jealous of you. Enjoy everything you do over there.

Trainingsession Driver and Chip

Yesterday evening I went to Nieuwegein, the driving range. Trying to hit some balls in the right direction. I went with Frank, Erik and Remco. I have seen the last two playing for the first time, and I was positively surprised. I hope they will continue to play for their GVB. I pointed them to ANWBGolf. I would recommend anyone to contact them if you’re wandering whether golf is a sport (or game) for you. 5 lessons for E50,-, mostly given on the golfcourse of Naarderbos. After the course you can get permission to enter the par3 course on Naarderbos.

Football?? – Decisions to be made

There are many decisions to be taken in once lifetime. And because life is short, we tend to take the easy decision. One decision has lesser consequences than the other, but at the end, any decision has impact.

e-Business Implementation Avans Hogeschool

Business Improvement e-Business ImplementationYesterday it was my first lecture for Avans Hogeschool in Breda. The subject of the lecture was e-Business Implementation as part of the e-Business Master. It was very exciting for me to be standing there in from of a bunch of people, who are ready to hear my lecture. After the lunch I went to Breda. My first steps into the school reminded my of the times I had at school a couple of years ago. It felt ok, but I still was a bit jumpy.

Me? Digital Native?

I guess I am. But what is a digital native. “A digital native is a concept introduced by author Marc Prensky in 2001. It refers to today’s students – “native speakers” of the digital language of computers, mobile phones, video gaming and the Internet” (source: Gartner)

But how does this apply to me? First of all I do have the hardware. I have a laptop via which (finally, thank you KPN)  I can go online and surf the web. I have a mobile phone on which I can also surf the internet. And most of all, I have the XBox, on which I do not (yet) go online. So my online identity and presence is growing rapidly. You can read about me through the following websites:

My online presence is important to me because it is a substancial part of my job. I researching the possibilities of my employer to “grow” to an Enterprise 2.0. The near future tells us, according to Gartner, that it is very important to stay in touch with the Digital Natives in order to get them to work for you. What has to be done to reach that point is for us to find out. We are a long way in finding the right things to do, but we are far away from actually doing so.

My biggest challenge is to determine the path to Enterprise 2.0, especially because it is new and fresh. I have found the most amazing presentation about Enterprise 2.0 - Enterprise 2.0 – Enabling change or part of the problem?
